Estimate: The process begins with an appointment for a site survey and estimate. One of our estimators will reach out to you right away to discuss your property's needs and answer any questions you may have. Traffic Control: We will set up professional traffic control and barricades to close off any sections that are being seal coated. Sealcoating can be done in sections if needed. It is recommended to avoid driving on your newly sealed asphalt for at least 24 hours. This allows the sealcoat to fully cure and ensure a strong bond to the surface.
Crack Filling & Asphalt Patching: Crack filling and asphalt patching are essential maintenance tasks to keep your parking lot in good condition. Cracks in the asphalt can allow water to seep in and cause damage to the sub-base, while potholes can be a safety hazard for drivers and pedestrians. We will then continue to brush or use a state-of-the-art spray system to efficiently cover large surface area of your property. Spraying allows for a consistent and uniform application of sealcoat, which helps to ensure that the surface is protected evenly and that the final appearance is uniform.
Striping: SPM will then use specialized equipment and techniques to create precise, uniform markings that are easily visible and comply with local regulations and standards.
Inspection: Once the project is completed, the property will be inspected to ensure that the job was done correctly. Any areas that need touch-up or additional attention are addressed at this time.
Final Clean-Up: After the inspection, the area around the property is cleaned up, and any materials, debris, barricades, or equipment used during the process is removed.
