What type of services do you offer?  We offer Sealcoating, Pothole Repair, Asphalt Patching, Crack Filling, Line Striping, Sign Installation, Pavement Maintenance Programs, Parking Block Services, and Contracting.

 What areas do you service?  We service Metro Detroit and the surrounding areas.

 What is Sealcoating and Why is it important?  Sealcoating is a process of applying a protective layer to the surface of asphalt pavement. It helps protect the asphalt from the elements, extend its lifespan, and improve its appearance. 

 How often should I get my parking lot or driveway sealed?  The frequency of sealcoating depends on a number of factors, including the age of the asphalt, the amount of traffic it receives, and the local climate. A general guideline is to sealcoat every 1-3 years. 

 Will Sealcoating make my pavement look brand new?  Sealcoating can help improve the appearance of your asphalt, but it will not make it look brand new. It will, however, make it look more uniform in color and texture, and reduce the visibility of cracks and other imperfections. 

 Can I drive on my newly sealed asphalt right away? No, it is recommended to avoid driving on your newly sealed asphalt for at least 24 hours. This allows the sealcoat to fully cure and ensure a strong bond to the surface. 

 Is Sealcoating a messy process? Sealcoating can be messy if not done properly. SPM will take steps to minimize the amount of overspray and drips to keep the surrounding area clean. 

 I have a pothole on my property,  How soon can you repair it?  We understand the hazard this causes for a property owner and do our best to be out ASAP.

 Can weather affect my project? If weather is a concern, we will contact you to schedule the next available day.

 How do you apply the material? There are several different methods for applying sealcoat, including spray, brush, and squeegee. Each method has its own advantages and disadvantages, and the best method will depend on the specific needs of the project. For example, brush application is often preferred for smaller projects or areas with tight spaces, while spray application may be more efficient for larger projects.
